<strong>1986<\/strong> par Monseur Bernard et Paye Emmanuel. Il n\u2019\u00e9tait alors qu\u2019un ordre d\u00e9coratif du Cercle Philo et Lettres.<\/p><p>La premi\u00e8re v\u00e9ritable s\u00e9ance de l\u2019Ordre eut lieux le <strong>19 mars 1993.\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>R\u00e9unis en assembl\u00e9e constituante, lors de la premi\u00e8re bibitive Bouffon du Cercle des \u00e9tudiants en Philosophie et Lettres, les premiers Grands-Ma\u00eetres (<em>Ollevier Johan, Loupe Jean-Fran\u00e7ois, Mouyart Philippe et Coquet Didier<\/em>) ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9s que l\u2019Ordre du Bouffon s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vera du statut de Vlek au statut d\u2019ordre interne facultaire du cercle F.L.T.R.\u00a0<\/p><p><br \/>Les buts de l\u2019Ordre sont :<\/p><ul><li>\u00catre le garant du respect du folklore et des traditions du Cercle FLTR. Il est la m\u00e9moire vivante du cercle\u00a0<\/li><li>Faire le lien entre les membres actifs et les membres anciens du cercle\u00a0<\/li><li>Repr\u00e9senter le cercle en tant qu\u2019institution et non en tant que personne<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0cf1fe elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c0cf1fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInDown&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Structure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-deb840b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"deb840b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le <strong>Comit\u00e9<\/strong> est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un Praeses (<em>grand-maitre<\/em>), d\u2019un Substitut\/Cancellarius (<em>substitut et chancelier<\/em>), d\u2019un Censor (<em>censeur<\/em>), d\u2019un Quaestor (<em>tr\u00e9sorier<\/em>) et d\u2019un Tironum Maior. En plus du comit\u00e9, il existe la fonction de Cantor Primus et de Bouffon. Ce dernier a pour r\u00f4le l\u2019animation en s\u00e9ance de l\u2019Ordre mais \u00e9galement lors des coronae du cercle FLTR.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00f4les de substitut et de cancellarius sont attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 une unique personne dont l\u2019appellation d\u00e9pendra de ce qui lui est demand\u00e9<\/span><\/p><p>Le <strong>S\u00e9nat<\/strong> est constitu\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des membres fondateurs, de tous les anciens grands-ma\u00eetres ainsi que de tous les membres ayant atteint le quatri\u00e8me grade de la d\u00e9coration de l\u2019Ordre ou ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 au titre de grand-ma\u00eetre honoris causa.<\/p><p>Les membres sont appel\u00e9s <strong>Camarades<\/strong>. Ils pourront d\u00e8s lors porter le band sur l\u2019\u00e9paule droite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-876e2e1
